We are pleased to announce the recent publication of the article "Whistleblowing as Disclosure Injustice: Testimonial and Structural Barriers to Being Heard" in Gender, Work and Organization Journal by Prof Kate Kenny and Dr Maria Batishcheva from the University of Galway.
This thought-provoking study explores the complexities surrounding whistleblowing, focusing on the testimonial and structural barriers that prevent whistleblowers from being heard and taken seriously. The research highlights how these barriers contribute to the broader concept of disclosure injustice, offering important insights into the challenges faced by those who speak out.
