Professor Kate Kenny to Participate in Feminist Philosophy Meeting 2025

To celebrate feminist philosophy and the 50th anniversary of the passing of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975, we are excited to announce that Professor Kate Kenny will participate in the Feminist Philosophy Meeting 2025, hosted at the University of Bath on Monday, June 9th.

This inaugural event, the first in an annual series on influential feminist thinkers, will focus on the work of Judith Butler. Throughout the day, a range of experts, including Professor Kenny, will engage in thought-provoking discussions on deeper feminist thought. Other distinguished speakers include Kathleen Riach, Melissa Tyler, Jackie Ford, and Justine Grønbæk Pors.

We look forward to exploring these critical conversations surrounding gender, philosophy, and societal transformation.
