The School Research Day is an annual event consisting of talks and poster presentations from our staff, students and external invited speakers. The Research Day serves to celebrate our active research and to showcase achievements in the previous year. See below for details on previous years Research Days.

School Research Day 2025

This year’s school research day took place on April 16^th, 2025 in the Human Biology Building. Events commenced at 9:20 with an introductory talk by Head of School Prof Cathal Seoighe. All talks took place in HBB G019 and the poster session was in the HBB Atrium.

The 14th Annual School Research Day took place on Wednesday 10th April, 2025 in the Orbsen Building Seminar Room. Proceedings began at 9.30am with an official opening by Aisling McCluskey, Head of School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences.
