Online Payslip Access

Who has access to Payslips online?  

Current staff (including employees paid on timesheet) and retired staff should access their payslips online via the internet. You must ensure your campus account is activated to allow access to your payslips online.

How to access payslips online

Log into CorePortal using your campus account credentials to access payslips online. 

Steps are outlined on the HR website,  CorePortal User Guide 

Your username is your email address with your 6-digit Staff ID number, with a leading zero (0) and an “s” at the end, followed by @universityofgalway.ie (e.g. 0123456s@universityofgalway.ie).

Before leaving the University

Please download and save any payslips you may need for your records.
