Use university-supported file storage solutions to ensure your data is secure and regularly backed up:

- OneDrive: Your University of Galway OneDrive account allows you to sync, store, share, and retrieve files from any device. Learn more.
Avoid using third-party storage services like Dropbox or Google Drive, as they are not supported by ISS.
Use University Office 365 Email
Handle all sensitive university data through your University of Galway Office 365 Email account. Never forward university emails to non-university email services. Get started with Office 365.
Protect University Passwords
Keep your university passwords secure:
- Never reveal your passwords to anyone.
- ISS or any other department will never ask for your password via email.
If you receive suspicious messages, report them to the ISS Service Desk and delete them immediately.
