Executive Management Team
The Executive Management Team (EMT) helps guide the strategic direction and everyday operations of the Institute for Health Discovery and Innovation. Meeting regularly throughout the year, the EMT works closely with the Director to ensure that the Institute’s research activities and priorities are delivered effectively and in line with University governance requirements.
Bringing together leadership from across the Institute’s thematic pillars—Fundamental Discovery, Enablers & Innovation, and Health‑Based Challenges—along with senior colleagues from technology services, clinical trials, research strategy, and institute operations, the EMT provides an integrated and collaborative approach to decision‑making. This ensures that the Institute remains cohesive, forward‑looking, and responsive to emerging opportunities across the health innovation landscape.
