Athena Swan Institutional Steering Group

Following the University’s attainment of Silver Athena Swan accreditation the Institutional Self-Assessment Team (ISAT) was reconstituted as the Institutional Athena Swan Steering Group in December 2025.

The main purpose of the Steering Group is to ensure that the University's Athena Swan 2025-30 action plan is implemented by the identified action leads and that the associated actions are having the desired impact. The Steering Group meets twice a semester.
