Information for Staff

ENLIGHT benefits our University of Galway staff by providing opportunities to share best practice on teaching, research and professional services activities with peers in partner institutions. Additionally, to stimulate and support the bottom-up cooperation between the ENLIGHT university communities, ENLIGHT launched a first set of calls for joint initiatives in the framework of the ENLIGHT Erasmus+ European University project in April 2024.

ENLIGHT aims to create an opportunity to build a community through the following activities: 

• ENLIGHT Calls

• Annual Teaching and Learning Conference

• European Dialogue brings researchers, students and the wider community together to share best practices

• ENLIGHT Impact conference gathers international impact experts, practitioners, academics and management staff to share and extend progress on the topic of impact in the university context  

• Integrating international experiences into your programmes through partnership with peers across the network through guest lectures, staff mobility, and shared modules.  

• Reviewing and increasing the capacity for student mobility between partner institutions.
