Galway City Council have issued a Grant to the University proposals for the regentrification of Fisheries Field at the Galway Campus. The project, supported widely including GCC Tourism, GCoCo Greenway and the Galway Arts Festival seeks to create an active engagement space and public realm enhancement that can host concerts, pop up events, sporting activities alike at this key location where the University Campus and city meet.
